Under normal conditions, The Teresian Route can be completed in 4 or 5 stages.
We recommend you to plan the stages according to your own pace.
Along the route, you will pass through small towns. Check accommodation and restaurants in advance, and make sure you book them ahead of time.
Don’t hesitate to ask about the breakfast options in the bars or restaurants the day before.
Consider the option of buying your own breakfast in case you want to get up and start walking early.
Being well prepared, physically and mentally, is the key to starting this Route.
Don’t forget your warmup and stretching, and to make sure you have good equipment.
A kind reminder of what it means to be a Pilgrim:
Walk with an attitude of gratitude that isn’t demanding and that appreciates the gestures of hospitality received.
