You can walk from Ávila to Alba de Tormes or from Alba to Ávila. We have designed this guide in the Ávila – Alba de Tormes direction. If you start the path in Alba you will have to consult the guide from the end and you will start your path where Teresa’s path ended, in the convent of the Annunciation in Alba de Tormes.
